Colour-coded document folders that bring order to your admin. With a transparent window you can see the contents at a glance, and the press-stud keeps everything safely together.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need document wallets with a push-button closure?
These HERMA document wallets are ideal when you want to store and transport A5 documents securely. The push-button closure ensures your papers cannot fall out of the wallet, even if you hold it upside down. This makes them perfect for on the go, in your bag, or whenever you carry documents between different locations.
Why the A5 format of 250 x 180 mm is practical
The compact A5 format fits easily into most bags and lockers, while still being large enough for standard A5 documents such as small reports, notepads or folded A4 sheets. Thanks to the handy size, these wallets are less bulky than standard A4 folders, yet still offer ample space for your important documents.
Transparent front for an instant overview
The transparent sleeve on the front is particularly useful because you can see at a glance which documents are in which wallet. You don't need to open the wallet to check what's inside, which saves time and prevents you from having to search through several wallets for the right document.
Colour coding with five different colours
The set contains five wallets in different colours. This colour variety allows you to develop your own system, where each colour stands for a particular project, compartment or type of document. This creates order, so you can quickly grab the right wallet without having to go through them all.
