When do you need a document folder with an elastic closure?
A document folder with an elastic closure offers a safe and practical way to store and transport loose A4 documents. Choose this type of folder when you regularly need to take documents to meetings, to clients or between different workplaces. The elastic closure ensures your papers cannot fall out of the folder, even when you are on the move.

Why choose this transparent format?
This transparent HERMA document folder measures 244 x 4 x 320 mm, so standard A4 documents fit perfectly. The transparent material gives you an immediate view of the contents without having to open the folder. This saves time when you need to quickly find the right document among several folders.

Practical layout with three inner flaps
The folder has 3 inner flaps that keep your documents neatly separated. These flaps function as natural dividers, so you can organise different projects, categories or document types within one folder. The combination of flaps and elastic closure keeps everything in place.

Corner elastic bands for extra stability
This document folder has corner elastic bands (Eckspannergummis) that provide extra stability. These bands in the corners prevent the elastics from shifting and keep the closure optimally tensioned.
