When do you need an elastic folder?
An elastic folder is used for organising and transporting loose documents without punching them. You choose this type of folder when you regularly need to take paperwork with you or want to store it temporarily without making permanent holes.

Why choose the A4 format with a transparent design?
This A4 format suits standard Dutch document sizes and offers space for ordinary letters, contracts and printouts. The transparent turquoise material lets you see the contents directly without opening the folder, which saves time when searching for specific documents.

Advantage of the 3 inner flaps
The three inner flaps in this HERMA elastic folder give you extra organisational options within a single folder. You can keep different document types or project sections separate while everything stays together. The elastic corner bands keep the folder firmly closed during transport.

Practical dimensions for daily use
With dimensions of 244 x 320 mm and a thickness of just 4 mm, this folder easily fits in your briefcase or desk drawer. The compact thickness prevents your bag from becoming overfull, while still leaving room to carry enough documents for meetings or working from home.
