What are lever arch file spine labels and when do you need them?
Lever arch file spine labels are specially designed labels for marking ring binders and archive boxes. You use them to keep your filing neat and organised, so you can quickly find your documents. These labels are indispensable for offices, home workers and anyone who has to archive a lot of paperwork.

Why choose this wide, short format?
At 192 × 61 mm, these labels are wide and short in shape. This format fits perfectly on the spine of standard ring binders and offers enough room for clear text without taking up too much height. The wide shape ensures your information stays easy to read, even from a distance.

Practical benefits of this SPECIAL version
These labels are opaque, which means underlying text or colours won't show through. They have a border and rounded corners, so they look professional and are less likely to tear. The permanent adhesive ensures the labels stay firmly attached, even with regular use of your binders.

Universal compatibility for any printer
You can use these labels in inkjet printers, laser printers and photocopiers. You receive 400 labels spread over 100 A4 sheets, which means 4 labels per sheet. For the best results, use template L4768-100 in your word processing program, so the labels are printed in exactly the right place.
