When do you use universal labels?
Universal labels are versatile tools for organising, marking and categorising items in the office, warehouse or at home. You use them when you want to sort documents, label products, or set up a colour-coding system. You stick these labels on folders, boxes, planners or other surfaces where you need clear identification.

Why choose the 12 × 34 mm size?
The compact size of 12 × 34 mm makes these labels ideal for situations where space is limited but you still want easy-to-read labels. This size fits perfectly on narrow surfaces such as lever arch files, small objects or planning systems. The rectangular shape offers enough room for short texts, codes or symbols without taking up too much space.

Green colour for clear organisation
The green colour of these labels helps you create a visual organisation system. You could use green, for example, to mark completed tasks, approved documents or specific categories within your filing system. By using colours consistently, you create instantly recognisable patterns that speed up your work processes.

90 pieces for long-term use
With 90 labels in the pack, you have enough stock for extensive projects or daily use over a longer period. The HERMA article number 3655 helps you reorder the same labels, so your colour coding stays consistent. These universal labels are suitable for handwriting.
