What are universal labels and when do you use them?
Universal labels are versatile labels you can use for organising, categorising and marking in the office, warehouse or at home. You need them when you want to archive documents, label stock or create an overview in folders and boxes.

Why choose this compact 12×34 mm size?
This narrow 12×34 mm size is ideal for situations where you have little space but still need clear marking. The labels fit perfectly on narrow edges of folders, small objects or in tight spaces where larger labels are not suitable.

What does the yellow colour mean for your organisation?
The yellow colour provides eye-catching visibility and is often used for warnings, priorities or specific categories. Yellow stands out immediately against most backgrounds, so labelled items are quick to find. This makes it a practical choice for urgent files or special categories that require extra attention.

Practical tip for optimal use
With 90 labels in the pack, you have enough stock for medium-sized projects. Make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying the labels for optimal adhesion. Because of their universal nature, these HERMA labels are suitable for handwriting with a pen or pencil, but always check that your writing material adheres well to the label surface.
