When do you choose universal labels?
Universal labels are used for labelling folders, boxes, products or other items where you need clear identification. These HERMA labels are suitable for a wide range of applications in the office, archive or at home.

Why this size of 199.6 × 143.5 mm?
This large format offers plenty of space for extensive text, logos or multiple lines of information. You can use it to create complete address details, product descriptions or detailed labels without the text becoming too small. The rounded corners ensure the labels look professional and adhere well to the edges.

Compatibility with your printer
The labels work with inkjet printers, laser printers and photocopiers, so you can print them on almost any office printer. You receive 40 labels across 20 A4 sheets, which means you get 2 labels per sheet. When setting up your document, make sure you use the correct margins for this format.
