What does this product do?
Universal labels are used for labelling and organising documents, folders, products or objects. These HERMA labels, measuring 45.7 × 21.2 mm, are ideal when you need clear labels that stand out among other documents. By colour-coding, you can give different categories their own colour for better overview.

Why choose this specific size?
The 45.7 × 21.2 mm format offers enough space for short texts, codes or symbols without taking up too much room on your documents. This size fits well on the spines of narrow folders, small products, or as an identification label on equipment. With 960 labels spread across 20 A4 sheets, you get a generous supply suitable for medium to large labelling projects.

Advantage of self-adhesive labels
These labels are self-adhesive and removable, which means you can take them off again without leaving any residue. This is handy when you use temporary labels for projects, events or seasonal organisation. The rounded corners prevent the labels from curling or lifting at the edges.

Compatibility with your printer
The labels are suitable for inkjet, laser and copier machines, so you can print them on virtually any office printer. Thanks to the standardised A4 layout, they fit in standard printer trays. When printing, make sure you use the correct printer settings for label paper to achieve optimal print quality.
