When do you need universal labels?
Universal labels are ideal for organising and categorising documents, folders, stock or personal belongings. Use them when you want to mark items, sort them or introduce a colour-coding system. These green labels are perfect for situations where you want to create a visual distinction between different categories.

Why choose the 25×40 mm size?
The compact size of 25×40 mm offers enough space for short texts, codes or symbols without taking up too much room. This dimension works well on smaller objects such as folders or stock items. The size is large enough to stay legible, yet small enough for discreet marking.

The benefit of green colour coding
The green colour helps you set up an effective colour-coding system. Green is often used for categories such as 'approved', 'complete', 'in stock' or 'active'. By consistently using green labels for a specific category, you create instant visual recognition and prevent confusion.

Practical stock for long-term use
With 512 labels, you have a generous supply suitable for both small projects and large-scale organisation tasks. The HERMA reference number 2455 helps you reorder exactly the same labels, so your colour-coding system stays consistent. Store the labels dry and at room temperature for optimal adhesion.
