What does this add-on rack do and when do you need it?
This add-on rack from Kerkmann is designed to expand your existing archive storage without having to purchase a completely new shelving system. You use it when your current storage space is full and you need to store more ring binders, files or other office supplies. The rack connects seamlessly to existing Progress 500 systems.

Why these dimensions are the right choice
With dimensions of 960×600×2600 mm, this rack offers optimal storage space for standard office environments. The width of 96 cm and depth of 60 cm ensure that you can place both A4 ring binders and wider folders without any problems. The height of 2.6 metres makes the most of the vertical space in your office.

How the boltless plug-in system works
The great advantage of this rack is the boltless plug-in system, which means you need no tools for assembly. The 8 shelves are height-adjustable and can each carry 80 kg, which amounts to roughly 7 ring binder heights per shelf. The complete shelving bay can support up to 500 kg, so you can also store heavier archive material safely.

Practical tip for expansion
Please note that this is an add-on rack, which means you need a base rack from the same Progress 500 series to attach this unit. The light grey colour (RAL 7035) gives a uniform look when you combine several units. The back panel provides extra stability and prevents items from falling backwards.
