What does this basic shelving unit do?
This Kerkmann basic shelving unit is a modular storage system without a back panel, which you use for organising archive folders, boxes and other office supplies. With its 7 shelves you have enough space to store different materials separately. The unit is ideal when you are looking for a sturdy storage solution that you can adapt to changing storage needs.

Why choose this size?
With dimensions of 960×600×2250 mm, this unit offers optimal space without taking up too much floor area. The width of 96 cm is suitable for standard office spaces, while the depth of 60 cm provides enough room for A4 folders and standard boxes. The height of 2.25 metres makes optimal use of vertical space in most offices.

Flexibility through tool-free assembly
The tool-free plug-in system means you can assemble the unit quickly without any tools. The shelves are height-adjustable, so you can adjust the space between the shelves to suit different items. This system gives you the flexibility to change the layout later if your storage needs change.

Load capacity and practical use
Each shelf supports a maximum of 80 kg, and the entire shelf bay has a load capacity of 500 kg. This makes it suitable for heavy archive folders, with room on each shelf for approximately 6 binder heights. The light grey RAL 7035 colour blends neutrally with most office interiors, and the metal furniture construction guarantees durability under heavy use.
