What does a side panel do for your shelving system?
A side panel neatly closes off the open sides of your shelving system, so your storage unit looks professional. This is especially important at the beginning and end of a row of shelving units, where the side would otherwise remain open. The side panel provides a neat finish and prevents items from falling off the side.

Why choose this 400 mm size?
This side panel fits shelving systems with a depth of 400 mm, a popular size for office shelving and filing cabinets. With a height of 2250 mm, it matches standard office furniture. You can use this side panel to give freestanding shelving units a complete, built-in appearance.

Durable office steel for long-term use
The office steel this side panel is made from offers the sturdiness you need for daily use. This material keeps its shape even when the shelving is moved regularly. The light grey colour RAL 7035 suits most office environments well and blends nicely with other office furniture.

Check the right measurements for your shelving
Before ordering, check that your shelving system is indeed 400 mm deep and has a height that matches the 2250 mm of this side panel. This Progress 500 side panel is specifically designed for Kerkmann shelving systems, so also check that your shelving is from the same brand for the best fit.
