When do you need a sit-stand desk?
A sit-stand desk is ideal when you work at your computer for long periods and want more variety between sitting and standing. By regularly changing your posture, you prevent stiffness and improve your concentration. This desk is suitable for home offices, workstations and businesses where ergonomics are important.

Why choose this 160×80 cm size?
With a work surface of 160×80 cm, this desk offers enough space for a monitor, laptop, documents and office supplies without feeling cramped. This size fits well in most office spaces and offers more working room than more compact models, while not being excessively large for normal tasks.

How does the electric height adjustment work?
The electric motor allows you to easily adjust the desk between 740 and 1230 mm in height with a simple press of a button. This is much more comfortable than manual adjustment and encourages you to actually alternate between sitting and standing positions. The white T-shaped frame provides stable support during adjustment.

Practical considerations for use
The desk has a maximum load capacity of 70 kg, which is sufficient for standard office equipment including a monitor and laptop. You receive the desk as a flat-pack kit that you must assemble yourself. For the connection, you need a standard power socket – the desk works with a Eurostecker. The melamine desktop with ABS edging is practical because it is easy to clean and resistant to daily use.
