When do you need a sit-stand desk?
A sit-stand desk such as the Kerkmann Move 1 is ideal if you work long days behind a computer and want to be more mindful of your posture. By regularly alternating between sitting and standing, you improve your working posture and avoid the drawbacks of prolonged sitting. This electrically height-adjustable desk makes it easy to make this switch without any manual forcing.

Why this size of 160×80 cm?
With a worktop of 160×80 cm, this desk offers enough space for a monitor, laptop, document holder and other office essentials without feeling cramped. This size fits well in most office and home working spaces without dominating the room. It is large enough for productive work, yet compact enough for flexible positioning.

Electric height adjustment of 740–1,230 mm
The electric adjustment lets you effortlessly switch between sitting and standing positions. The desk adjusts from 740 to 1,230 mm in height, which suits users of different heights. Thanks to the electric control, you don't have to exert any force, and the adjustment is silent, which is pleasant in an office environment.
