What does this product do?

A sit-stand desk such as the Kerkmann Move New Base gives you the option to alternate between sitting and standing during your working day. The electric height adjustment lets you change the working height steplessly between 740 and 1,200 mm, without having to crank it by hand. This is particularly relevant if you spend long periods behind a desk and need variety in your working posture.

Why this size is the right choice?

With a width of 1,400 mm and a depth of 800 mm, this desk offers enough work surface for a monitor, laptop and the necessary documents or peripherals. This size lends itself well to an individual workstation where you need space to work in an organised way. The T-shaped frame in silver provides stability without restricting the legroom under the desk.

An honest note on load capacity and construction

An important point to keep in mind is the maximum load capacity of 70 kg. This means that when setting up your workstation, you need to be mindful of the combined weight of the monitor(s), monitor arm, laptop and other equipment you place on the desk. The desktop is 19 mm thick and is melamine-resin coated with a 2 mm ABS edge, which makes the surface resistant to everyday use such as scratches and damp cloths.

Practical tip

The desk is delivered in a disassembled state, so keep
