What does this product do and when do you need it?

The kerkmann Move New Base is an electrically height-adjustable sit-stand desk, designed for workspaces where you want to alternate between sitting and standing. This type of desk is ideal when you have longer working sessions and want to add ergonomic variation to your working day. Thanks to the electric adjustment, you change the height without any manual effort.

Why this size?

With a desktop measuring 1600 x 800 mm, you have enough working surface for a monitor, laptop, keyboard and additional desk accessories. This size fits well on a standard office workstation or in a home office where you have space for a fully equipped desk. The silver T-leg frame gives the desk an open, airy appearance at the front.

Honest about the height adjustment

The electric height adjustment works via a Euro plug and raises and lowers the desk from 740 mm to 1,200 mm. This range makes the desk suitable for people of various heights, for both sitting and standing use. Please note that the maximum load capacity is 70 kg; if you plan to use several heavy monitors or other equipment, it is wise to check the total weight of your desk setup in advance.

Practical tip on delivery and placement

The desk is delivered unassembled, so allow time for assembly. The desktop has a melamine resin coating with a 2 mm ABS edge, which makes the surface resistant to daily use but may be vulnerable to hard knocks on the edge. When assembling, make sure a power socket with a Euro plug is readily available, so the electric controls are fully functional as soon as assembly is complete.
