When do you use a flat brush?
A flat brush is specially designed for hobby and art projects where you want to fill areas or draw straight lines. You need this brush when you are working with paint, varnish or other liquids and want to achieve an even coverage over a larger surface. The flat shape makes it possible to create a broad stroke in one movement.

Why choose size 16?
With a brush width of 16 mm, this brush sits right between fine detail work and large-area painting. This size is ideal for medium-sized surfaces such as wooden decorations, canvases of average size, or when you are working on model building. You can work precisely with it and still fill larger areas fairly quickly.

Benefits of nylon bristles
The nylon bristles of this brush are synthetic and therefore very suitable for water-based paints and acrylic paint. Nylon holds its shape well and is easier to clean than natural bristles. The bristles retain their springiness even after repeated use, so you enjoy a good painting result for a long time.

Practical details for use
The green lacquered wooden handle sits comfortably in the hand during longer working sessions. The seamless silver ferrule ensures that the bristles stay firmly in place and do not come loose while painting. Rinse the brush thoroughly with water straight after use if you are using water-based paints, so the nylon bristles retain their flexibility.
