When do you need a flat brush?
A flat brush is indispensable for applying paint evenly over larger surfaces and creating straight lines. You use this brush for hobby and art projects where you want to fill areas, paint backgrounds or create sharp edges. This KREUL brush has been specially developed for hobbyists who regularly work with different types of paint.

Why exactly 12 mm wide?
With a width of 12 mm, this brush sits in the mid-range in terms of size. You have enough coverage for medium-sized areas, while retaining control for detailed work. This size is practical for projects such as painting wooden objects, medium-sized canvases or decorative elements where you need to create both areas and lines.

Nylon bristles for versatile use
The nylon bristles make this brush suitable for different types of paint, from acrylic paint to watercolour. Nylon is more durable than natural bristles and retains its shape well, even after intensive use. The bristles absorb less paint than natural varieties, giving you more control over the amount of paint you apply and less waste.

Durable construction for long-lasting use
The green lacquered wooden handle sits comfortably in your hand during longer painting sessions. The seamless silver-coloured ferrule ensures that the bristles stay firmly in place and do not come loose while you work. For optimal maintenance, rinse the brush clean with water immediately after use and leave it to dry flat to preserve the shape of the bristles.
