When do you need a special marker for glass and porcelain?

This KREUL marker has been specially developed for painting smooth surfaces such as porcelain, glass, ceramics and metal. Use it when ordinary felt-tip pens or paint won't adhere to these materials, for example when personalising mugs, glasses, plates or decorative objects.

Why choose the 2-4 mm round tip?

The round tip with a line width of 2.0 to 4.0 mm offers great versatility. You can create both fine details and filled areas by varying the pressure and angle of the pen. This size is ideal for both decorative drawings and writing text on tableware.

Permanent result after baking

The water-based marker becomes lightfast and opaque once applied. The real advantage comes after baking in the oven: this makes your artwork water- and dishwasher-resistant. This means your creations withstand daily use and washing up, without the colours fading or flaking off.

Practical tip for the best result

Make sure the surface is completely clean and grease-free before you start drawing. Once dry, you can make your artwork permanent by baking the object in a standard household oven, following the instructions. The French green colour gives a natural, elegant look that combines well with other colours from the range.
