What is a stretcher frame set?
A stretcher frame is a canvas on a wooden frame that you can use straight away for painting projects. You need this set when you want to paint with oil paint or acrylic paint, or when you want to try decoupage. The canvas is already stretched and pre-treated, so you can start your artwork right away.

Professional preparation for immediate use
The canvas is made of 100% cotton with a weight of 380 g/m² and is primed four times. This means the canvas is already fully prepared and you don't need to apply an extra base coat. It is fixed only at the back of the frame, so the sides stay neat and you can, if you wish, paint over the edges too.

Practical features for different techniques
The frame has a depth of 17 mm, which provides sufficient sturdiness for your painting work. These stretcher frames are suitable for both oil paint and acrylic paint, and also for decoupage. Thanks to the professional primer, the paint adheres well to the canvas and you get optimal colour reproduction with all these different techniques.
