What does a fountain pen do and when do you need one?
A fountain pen offers you an elegant and durable way to write, with the ink gliding smoothly over the paper. You choose a fountain pen when you value writing comfort and a personal writing experience, or when you regularly write longer texts by hand.

Why this LAMY nexx azure fountain pen?
This pen combines a sturdy aluminium barrel with a rubberised grip section that is non-slip. The matt aluminium gives the pen a modern, professional look, while the polished stainless steel nib ensures a smooth writing experience. The plastic cap with clip makes it practical for everyday use.

Specially designed for left-handed writers
This model has an LH (left-handed) nib that is specially adapted for left-handed writers. The nib is designed so that left-handers can write comfortably without hooking or smudging the ink, which is often a problem with ordinary fountain pens.

Practical cartridge system
The fountain pen works with the LAMY cartridge system and comes supplied with a blue T10 ink cartridge. This means you can easily fit new cartridges without the hassle of ink bottles. T10 cartridges are readily available, so you can always find replacements.
