What is gouache paint and when do you need it?
Gouache paint is an opaque watercolour that is perfectly suited to creative projects where you want to fill in areas with colour or add details. You use gouache when you need more coverage than with watercolour paint, but still want the workability of water-based paint.

Why choose this large 1,000 ml pack?
With 1,000 ml of lemon yellow gouache, you have enough paint for extensive projects or long-term use. This large pack is ideal if you regularly work with yellow as a base colour, or if you use the paint for group activities where several people work with it at the same time.

Suitable from 3 years
This LEFRANC BOURGEOIS gouache paint is suitable for use by children aged 3 and over. The lemon yellow gives a bright, cheerful colour that appeals to children, and it washes out of hands with water.

Practical storage and usage tip
Store the gouache paint at room temperature and make sure the packaging stays tightly closed to prevent it from drying out. Because of the large 1,000 ml contents, you can decant smaller portions into separate pots for everyday use, so the main packaging needs to be opened less often and the paint stays in good condition for longer.
