When do you choose this product?
When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are indispensable when you want to keep loose documents and underlays neatly organised in a suspension file drawer or cabinet. They ensure your papers stay neatly separated and are easy to find quickly. These Leitz Alpha suspension files are specially designed for A4-size documents according to the DIN 821 standard.
Why choose a side opening?
Suspension files with a side opening offer a practical way of filing, whereby you slide documents into the file from the side. This makes it easy to quickly add or consult papers without having to remove the entire file from the drawer. The grey 250 g/m² board provides sufficient sturdiness for regular use.
Clever details that make the difference
These suspension files have pre-punched holes at the front and back, specially made for 6130 hole-reinforcement strips. This means you can fasten your documents even more securely within the suspension file, so loose papers cannot shift or go missing. The combination of a suspension file and the option to fasten gives you double peace of mind when filing.
Practical organisation tip
Each suspension file is supplied with removable tabs and labelling strips, so you can get started straight away with labelling your archive. With 25 pieces in a pack, you have enough files to set up a complete archive drawer or expand your existing system. Make sure your suspension file drawer is suitable for A4 size according to DIN 821 for an optimal fit.
