When do you choose this product?
When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are indispensable for keeping documents neatly organised in a suspension file drawer or cabinet. You use them when you have a lot of loose papers that you want to categorise and find quickly. These LEITZ ALPHA suspension files are suitable for A4 documents in accordance with the DIN 821 standard sizes.
Why choose this pack of 5 pieces?
With this pack of 5 suspension files, you can immediately set up a complete filing system for different categories. The yellow colour ensures good recognition within your archive and stands out among other documents. Each suspension file comes with tabs and label holders, so you can get started straight away.
Sturdy card quality of 250 g/m²
The 250 g/m² card provides a solid base that withstands regular use. This weight of card ensures that the suspension files retain their shape, even when filled with documents. The pre-cut slots in the front and back make the suspension files suitable for use with hanging folder rails.
Practical compatibility with hanging folder rails
The suspension files have pre-punched slots specially designed for model 6130 hanging folder rails. This allows you to first gather documents in the rails and then place the entire strip into the suspension file. This prevents loose sheets from slipping through the suspension file and keeps everything neatly together.
