This suspension file bag makes filing a breeze! Sturdy 250 g/m² board protects your documents, and handy tabs and labelling strips are included, ready to use straight away.
When do you choose this product?
What are suspension file pockets and when do you use them?
Suspension file pockets are reinforced folders that you can hang in suspension file cabinets or drawer units. You use them to keep documents you need regularly, but do not use every day, neatly organised. They offer more capacity than ordinary folders and ensure a tidy, accessible arrangement of your paperwork.
Why choose this A4 format?
This A4 format is ideal for standard office and household documents such as contracts, invoices, reports and correspondence. Most of the documents you archive are this size, so you can store everything neatly without folding or cutting.
Sturdy quality thanks to 250 g/m² card
These suspension file pockets are made from 250 g/m² card, which provides the necessary sturdiness to keep documents safe. The card is strong enough to withstand regular use without tearing or warping. The pre-cut slots on the front and back make it possible to attach type 6130 tab strips for extra organisation.
Practical tip for immediate use
The pack of 5 includes index tabs and labels, so you can get started straight away. Make sure your suspension file cabinet is suitable for DIN 821 sizes – this is the standard for suspension files in the Netherlands.
