When do you choose this product?
What are suspension files and when do you need them?
Suspension files are the backbone of any well-organised filing system. You use them to store documents neatly in suspension file cabinets or drawers. Thanks to their special shape, they hang from rails and always stay upright, so you can quickly find what you are looking for.
Why choose this A4 format in manila board?
This A4 format is a perfect fit for the standard Dutch office environment, where A4 documents are the norm. The 250 g/m² manila board offers a good balance between sturdiness and flexibility. You can use them daily without them wearing out quickly, yet they are not so heavy that drawers become difficult to open.
Practical details that make the difference
Each suspension file has a handy thumb cut-out, so you can easily pick up documents without damaging the file. The suspension mechanism is firmly reinforced, so it won't tear with regular use. The files comply with DIN 821 standards, meaning they fit all standard suspension filing systems.
Complete set for immediate organisation
You get not only 25 suspension files, but also all the accessories you need to get started straight away. The included index tabs, label holders and organisation strips ensure you can set up a professional filing system right away. That way, you don't need to order any extra parts and can start organising your documents immediately.
