When do you choose this product?
When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are indispensable for keeping documents neatly organised in your suspension file drawer or filing system. You use them when you have many loose papers that you want to sort by subject, project or client. The LEITZ BETA system ensures that your documents always stay neatly organised and are easy to find quickly.
Why choose this A4 format?
These suspension files are specially designed for standard A4 documents in accordance with DIN 821 standards. The 250 g/m² Natron board offers sufficient sturdiness to retain its shape even with intensive use. The thumb cut-out makes it easy to take the files out of your drawer without damaging them.
Advantage of the complete system
Each suspension file is supplied with tabs, labels and organisation strips, so you can get started straight away. The reinforced hanging strip ensures a firm fit in your suspension file drawer. This prevents the files from tearing or coming loose, even with frequent use.
Practical tip for use
With 25 pieces in one pack, you have enough files for a complete drawer layout. Use the supplied labels to clearly mark each subject. The LEITZ BETA system is compatible with standard suspension file drawers, so you can use them directly in existing filing cabinets.
