Active sitting with this sitting ball keeps your back muscles alert and improves your posture during long working days. The washable cover with handle and anti-roll function make it practical and safe to use, suitable for up to 150 kg.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A stability ball is an active seating alternative that keeps your muscles working constantly while you sit. You need one when you work at a desk for long periods and want to improve your posture, strengthen your core or vary your sitting position. The ball forces you to adopt an upright posture and activates your deep abdominal muscles.
Why this size for your height?
This 750 mm stability ball is specifically designed for people between 181 and 200 cm tall. At this size, your hips and knees sit at the right angle, so you adopt an ergonomically sound posture. The wrong size can actually cause more strain rather than relief.
Anti-roll function for safety
The most important feature is the anti-roll safety function, which prevents the ball from rolling away uncontrollably when you stand up. This provides peace of mind in an office environment where safety comes first. The phthalate-free inner ball also ensures a healthier workplace without harmful substances.
Practical use and maintenance
The washable fabric cover with handle makes transport and cleaning easy. A hand pump, a plug remover and two sealing plugs are included, so you can start using and maintaining the ball straight away. The maximum load capacity of 150 kg offers sufficient sturdiness for long-term use in the office.

Dex knows - user tips
Pump the ball up until it feels firm but still gives slightly under pressure, and let it rest overnight after inflating before you use it. This allows the material to settle into the pressure and prevents the ball from losing its shape too quickly.
