When do you choose this product?
When do you need suspension file folders?
Suspension file folders are the solution when you want to archive documents in hanging files or cabinets with suspension facilities. They combine the advantages of a traditional folder with the functionality of a hanging file, allowing you to sort and retrieve efficiently.
Why choose this cardboard format?
These LEITZ folders are made of 225 g/m² cardboard, which ensures a sturdy construction that can handle daily use without you having to invest in expensive plastic variants. The A4 format fits perfectly with standard office sizes, and the blue colour helps create a recognisable filing system.
Practical features that make the difference
The folders have a thumb cut-out for easy handling and a fixed, notched suspension strip that ensures stable attachment. Due to the dimensions according to the DIN 821 standard, they fit all standard hanging file cabinets and systems. The suspension mechanism is reliably designed to bear the weight of filled folders.
Smart packaging for office environments
With 25 pieces per pack, you immediately have sufficient stock for a complete filing cabinet or department. Each folder is supplied with index tabs and labelling strips, so you can start labelling and organising straight away. This makes it a practical choice for offices looking to expand or renew their archive.
