With this signature folder, you keep documents neatly organised. The reinforced tabs and label field make sorting and finding things easy, while the expandable spine provides room for more contents.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a signing folder?
This signing folder is designed for professionally organising and pre-sorting documents and correspondence. You use this folder to keep different documents separate and clearly arranged.
Why choose this format?
Thanks to the compartment system, the signing folder offers sufficient space for different document types. The DIN A4 format (240 x 340 mm) matches the Dutch standard for business documents. The compartments are made of grey, absorbent blotting paper that prevents moisture marks.
Durable construction for intensive use
The folder has a cover of grey cardboard with PP coating, which protects it against daily use. The reinforced carrying tabs can be used repeatedly without tearing. Thanks to the elastic spine design, the folder can expand when you add more documents, while the viewing holes let you see at a glance which compartments are filled.
Practical organisation with labelling options
The supplied label holder lets you label the folder for specific projects or departments. The dimensions provide room for standard A4 documents with some extra margin, so documents don't get creased when inserted or removed.
