With this signature folder, you effortlessly keep apart documents that need a signature. The 20 compartments with reinforced tabs and name plate give you instant overview, and the expandable spine offers ample room for busy days.
When do you choose this product?
What is a signature folder used for?
A signature folder is used to keep documents that still need to be signed well organised. With 20 compartments you can create different categories or sort documents by day, department or priority. This prevents important contracts, invoices or other papers that require a signature from disappearing among other documents.
Why choose 20 compartments in A4 format?
With 20 compartments you have enough room to categorise your signature documents in detail without the folder becoming too bulky. The A4 format fits standard office paper perfectly, and the dimensions of 240 x 340 mm ensure your documents don't crease or crumple. The PP cover offers durability for daily use.
Practical features of the system
The folder contains grey, absorbent card that prevents fresh ink from bleeding through to the documents underneath. The reinforced cover tabs last longer with frequent browsing, while the viewing windows help you quickly find the right section. The labelling sheet on the front ensures clear identification.
Tip for optimal use
The elastic spine adapts to the number of documents, so the folder stays neatly upright even when the contents vary. Place the folder within easy reach of the person signing the documents and use logical categories such as "urgent", "this week" and "routine" for maximum efficiency in your document handling.
