Organise your documents alphabetically with these handy LEITZ tabs. The reinforced punch holes ensure durable use, and the printed tabs make it clear at a glance where each letter is.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need an A-Z tab index?
A tab index is used to organise documents in folders alphabetically. This LEITZ A-Z index is ideal when you have many documents that you need to find regularly, such as customer files, contracts or correspondence that you want to sort by name.
Why choose this A4 oversized format?
This index measures 240 x 210 mm, which makes it wider than standard A4. It therefore protrudes beyond your documents, so you can always see and reach the tabs, even when your folder is full. The 20-part division gives you enough flexibility to accommodate every letter of the alphabet.
Strength through reinforced holes
The first sheet of this index has a reinforced punch, meaning the holes are extra strengthened. This prevents the index from tearing under heavy use. The grey 100 gsm card provides sufficient sturdiness without making the tabs too thick.
Practical tip for use
The printed tabs make it immediately clear where each letter is located, so you don't need to write or label them yourself.
