What are suspension file drawers and when do you need them?
Suspension file drawers are a filing system in which documents are stored vertically in suspension folders that hang from steel rails. You use them when you want to keep large numbers of loose documents neatly organised in cabinets or drawer units suitable for suspension file systems.

Why choose the 15 mm spine variant?
The 15 mm spine gives you sufficient room for medium-sized documents and files without making the box too thick. This size fits standard office cabinets well and offers a good balance between storage capacity and ease of handling when filing frequently used documents.

Advantages of the steel hanging bracket
These file drawers are fitted with a steel hanging bracket that ensures a firm connection to the rails of your suspension file system. Steel is more durable than plastic alternatives and prevents the box from sagging under heavier use. The large label window makes it easy to identify the contents.

Practical tip for optimal use
When purchasing, make sure your cabinet system is compatible with suspension file drawers and has the correct rails. The pack of 25 pieces is ideal for setting up several drawers at once or for offices that want to standardise their complete filing system. The lilac colour helps with colour-coding different document categories.
