When do you need suspension files for filing cabinets?
Suspension files are essential when you want to file documents neatly in a filing cabinet. They hang from rails in the drawer, keeping your folders upright and easy to access. This system prevents important papers from disappearing to the bottom of a pile and makes it quick to find specific files.

Why choose Kraft 240g suspension files?
The 240-gram kraft paper offers a good balance between sturdiness and flexibility. This weight is strong enough to withstand regular use without tearing, yet remains cost-effective. The orange colour helps you create a colour-coded filing system, allowing you to visually distinguish different categories of documents.

Steel suspension brackets for durability
These suspension files are fitted with steel suspension brackets (barrettes de suspension en acier plat), which ensure a stable attachment to the rails of your filing cabinet. Steel withstands repeated use and prevents the brackets from bending or breaking, even with heavier folders. The large label window makes it easy to clearly label the contents.

Practical tip for use
Before ordering, check that your filing cabinet is fitted with the right rails for suspension files. The set of 25 pieces is ideal for setting up one to two filing cabinets, depending on your filing needs. Combine these orange files with other colours from the same range to set up an efficient colour-coding system.
