Sturdy suspension files that can take a knock thanks to the durable polypropylene. The metal hanging rails and large magnifier labels keep your archive neat and organised.
When do you choose this product?
When should you choose suspension files for your office filing?
Suspension files are essential when you want to keep documents organised in a suspension file drawer or filing cabinet. They ensure papers stay neatly separated and you can quickly find what you are looking for. These polypropylene suspension files are specially designed for use in a filing cabinet.
Why choose a 30 mm base fold?
The 30 mm base fold gives you enough room to store thicker stacks of documents without the suspension file bulging. This size is ideal when you want to archive more than just loose sheets, such as complete files, contracts with attachments or documentation you consult regularly.
Durable construction with polypropylene
The 0.5 mm thick polypropylene material makes these suspension files sturdy and tear-resistant. The system of metal rivets and welded joints provides a robust construction that withstands frequent use. The metal suspension rails ensure the files glide smoothly in your filing cabinet.
Practical labelling with magnifying effect
Each pack of 10 comes with a large label window that has a magnifying effect, making the text easier to read. The supplied No. 9 labels fit perfectly in this window. This saves time when searching for specific documents and prevents you from constantly lifting suspension files to see what is inside.
