When do you need a speaker cable?
A speaker cable connects your amplifier or audio equipment to your speakers to carry the audio signal. You need this cable when you want to connect a hi-fi system, surround sound system or studio setup where the distance between amplifier and speakers needs to be bridged.

Why choose 2 x 1.50 mm² and a 10-metre length?
The 2 x 1.50 mm² cross-section provides sufficient capacity for most domestic audio installations without unnecessary oversizing. With a 10-metre length, you have enough cable to place speakers at a reasonable distance from your amplifier, such as in an average living room or smaller space, without too much excess.

Transparent sheath for discreet installation
The transparent sheath colour makes the cable visually less noticeable in your interior. This is especially useful when you run the cable along white skirting boards or light-coloured surfaces. The outer dimensions of 3.0 x 6.0 mm make the cable compact enough to tidy away neatly.

Practical specifications for connection
The cable has a conductor made up of 48 x 0.20 mm strands and is made of copper-clad aluminium (CCA). This material combines conductivity with a lighter construction. For the connection, strip the ends and connect the red and black wires to the correct positive and negative terminals of both the amplifier and the speaker.
