This Cat. 6A network cable connects computers, printers, switches and other network equipment to each other for reliable data transmission. You need this type of cable to set up a wired network in your office or home workspace, allowing devices to communicate stably with the internet or the local network.

Why choose Cat. 6A with a 1.5 metre length?
Cat. 6A supports 10 Gigabit networks, so you are ready for future upgrades to your internet connection or internal network. The 1.5 metre length is ideal for short connections, for example between a computer and a nearby router, or for connecting equipment in the same cabinet without excess cable length.

Unshielded U/UTP technology
This cable uses unshielded twisted pair technology, meaning the internal wire pairs are twisted but not individually shielded. For most office environments this provides sufficient protection against interference, while the cable remains more flexible than shielded variants. The 1:1 wiring ensures that both ends are connected identically.

Practical details for installation
The cable has a PVC sheath with a 5 mm diameter and RJ45 connectors in blue. The strain relief boot protects the sensitive transition between cable and connector against breakage when bending. Please note that both devices must support Cat. 6A to fully benefit from the 10G capacity. Older equipment will work, but will not make use of the full speed.
