When do you need a Cat. 6 network cable?
Use this network cable to connect devices reliably to your network or internet. Cat. 6 cables are suitable for fast data connections in office environments where you need to connect computers, printers, switches or routers to each other. The 10-metre length offers sufficient flexibility for connections within a room or between adjacent workstations.

Why choose the shielded S/FTP version?
This cable features S/FTP (shielded) technology with PIMF protection, meaning each wire pair is individually shielded. This prevents interference from external sources such as other electrical equipment or nearby cables. For office environments with many electronic devices, this extra protection is essential for stable network performance.

Reliable connection thanks to quality components
The RJ45 connectors have gold-plated contacts that resist corrosion and ensure optimal signal transmission. The connectors feature an enlarged housing with an orange cable boot that protects the cable from damage when bent. The LSZH sheath provides safety, as it releases fewer harmful fumes when heated.

Practical installation tip for use
When connecting, pay attention to the 1:1 wiring – this means both ends are wired identically, which is standard for network cables between devices and switches. The cable print states the category and cable type, so you can easily identify later which type of cable you have used. Avoid sharp bends during installation to maintain performance.
