When do you need a Cat. 7 S/FTP network cable?
You use a Cat. 7 S/FTP network cable when you need network connections between devices such as computers, switches, routers or printers. This cable is suitable for environments where stable data transmission is important. You can use this cable when you want to connect devices that do not communicate wirelessly, or when a wired connection is preferable to WiFi.

Why choose the 5 metre length?
The 5 metre length gives you enough flexibility to connect devices that are a reasonable distance apart. This length is practical for office environments where, for example, you need to connect a computer to a switch on the other side of the desk, or to connect a printer a few metres away. Cables that are too short restrict your setup, while cables that are too long take up unnecessary space.

Shielding for interference-free connections
This cable has S/FTP shielding (screened with PIMF), which means that each wire pair is individually shielded. This is especially important in environments with a lot of electronic equipment that can cause interference.

Technical compatibility and performance
This cable supports frequencies up to 800 MHz and complies with the ISO/IEC 11801 standard. The RJ45 connectors have gold-plated contacts. The sheath is LSZH (low smoke zero halogen). The cable is fitted with RJ45 connectors.
