What does this patch cable do and when do you need it?
A Cat. 7 patch cable connects network equipment such as switches, routers and computers for stable data transmission. You need this cable for professional network installations where reliable connections are crucial. The S/FTP shielding ensures that electromagnetic interference does not affect your network performance.

Why choose this 50 metre length?
At 50 metres, this cable bridges large distances in office buildings, server rooms or between different floors. This length gives you the flexibility to place equipment at a good distance from one another without signal loss. For shorter connections, you can coil the cable, but note that this does not affect its performance.

Professional shielding with Cat. 7 construction
This cable meets Cat. 7 specifications, with a shielded PIMF construction and 4 x 2 AWG 26/7 wiring, offering maximum protection against crosstalk and external interference. The gold-plated contacts provide corrosion-resistant connections that remain reliable for a long time.

Compatibility and practical tips
This cable supports up to 800 MHz and complies with ISO/IEC 11801 standards, making it compatible with all common network equipment. The LSZH jacket produces less smoke and toxic gases when heated, which is important in enclosed spaces. When installing, make sure you do not bend the cable too sharply, and use cable ties to manage the 50 metres neatly.
