For which jobs do you need a flat brush?
A flat brush is the tool to use when you want to paint or varnish larger surfaces with precision and control. This type of brush is ideal for applying paint, varnish or stain to flat surfaces such as wood, metal or walls. The flat shape allows you to create even strokes without streaking.

Why size 2 is the right choice
Size 2 gives you the perfect balance between coverage and precision. This size is large enough to work efficiently on medium-sized surfaces, yet compact enough for detailed work around edges and corners. You can use it to cover larger areas as well as draw accurate lines.

Pig bristles offer extra resistance
This brush has pig bristles that are particularly resistant to wear. Pig hair is naturally sturdier than synthetic fibres and holds its shape well, even after intensive use. The bristles spring back into their original position, giving you consistent results and a longer-lasting brush.

Durable construction for long-term use
The unvarnished wooden handle sits comfortably in your hand and does not absorb paint or liquids. The seamless aluminium ferrule ensures the bristles stay firmly in place and do not come loose during your work. Because the wood is untreated, you can decide for yourself whether to treat the handle for extra protection.
