What is marbling ink and when do you use it?
Marbling ink creates unique marble effects on various materials through tauchmarmorieren (dip marbling) or marbling with marbling base. You use this 15 ml azure blue ink when you want to give objects a decorative marble pattern for hobby or art projects.

Which materials is this ink suitable for?
This solvent-based ink works on a wide range of unvarnished materials. You can use it on plastic eggs and balls, glass, acrylic glass, wood, papier-mâché, blown eggs, candles, metal, styrofoam, paper, Japanese paper, fabrics and silk. This makes it versatile for various creative projects.

Important property: drying time and finishing
The ink dries within about 15 minutes and, once dry, can be wiped off with a damp cloth. Please note that the result is not colourfast and not washable. This means you cannot wash marbled objects or expose them to moisture for long periods without the pattern disappearing.

Practical application and compatibility
You can use this ink in two ways: by tauchmarmorieren (dipping objects) or by marbling with a special marbling base. For the best result, make sure your material is unvarnished, as varnished surfaces do not absorb the ink well. The 15 ml contents are sufficient for several small to medium-sized projects.
