This is why Dex likes this article
This fabric paint gives good coverage on dark fabrics and stays put after washing. Perfect for painting textiles, and you fix it easily with an iron.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need fully opaque fabric paint?
Fabric paint is used to permanently change the colour of textiles or to apply creative designs onto fabric. This Marabu textil plus is fully opaque, which means you can also work on dark fabrics without the base material showing through. Perfect for personalising clothing, bags or other textile products.
Why choose this water-based formula?
This water-based paint leaves a soft handle once dry, so your textiles remain comfortable to wear. The formula is specially developed for both fabric painting and fabric printing, giving you flexibility in your creative techniques. The French green in the 50 ml pack is ideal for smaller projects or as an accent colour.
How do fixing and durability work?
The paint becomes permanent after fixing with an iron or in the oven. Once fixed, the result is washproof up to 40 degrees, so you can simply put your painted textiles in the washing machine. This makes it suitable for regularly worn garments and household textiles.
Practical tip for the best result
Make sure your fabric is clean and dry before painting. After applying the paint, fix it by ironing over it or placing the textile briefly in a warm oven. Always test first on an inconspicuous piece of fabric to check the final result before tackling the full project.

Dex knows - user tips
Contains a fabric that may cause allergic skin reactions, so test the paint first on a small, inconspicuous piece of fabric before painting the full textile item. After application, let the paint dry thoroughly, then set it with an iron so that it becomes washable up to 40 °C.
