When do you need a self-watering planter box?
This planter box is ideal when you want to grow plants on your balcony, terrace or by the window, but don't have time to water them every day. The self-watering system ensures your plants automatically receive the right amount of water from the built-in water reservoir. This is especially handy during holidays or busy periods.

Why choose this 750×180 mm size?
With a width of 750 mm and a depth of 180 mm, this planter box offers enough space for several plants or a neat row of herbs and flowers. The height of 170 mm gives the roots plenty of room to grow. This size fits perfectly on most balcony railings and windowsills without taking up too much space.

How the self-watering system works
The built-in water reservoir stores a supply of water, which is gradually released to the plant roots. You top up the reservoir periodically, after which the system takes care of the right moisture levels automatically for days on end. This prevents both drying out and overwatering, which are two common causes of plant problems.

Practical details for optimal use
The planter box is made from 100% recycled PP plastic and has pre-marked spots where you can make drainage holes if desired. For outdoor use, you can pierce these holes to drain off excess rainwater. For indoor use, leave the markings intact so that the self-watering system can function optimally.
