When do you need a sturdy document box?
A corrugated cardboard document box is used when you want to store and transport loose documents, drawings or files in an orderly way. This type of box offers more protection than ordinary paper folders and is ideal for archiving important paperwork that you need regularly but not every day.

Why choose this format?
With dimensions of 340×90×255 mm, this box provides enough space for A4 documents and has a depth of 90 mm, so you can store thick files. The format is compact enough to store conveniently in cupboards or drawers, while still offering sufficient capacity for substantial amounts of paperwork.

Corrugated cardboard for durable protection
The corrugated cardboard material provides sturdiness without making the box too heavy. This construction protects your documents against dust, moisture and damage during transport. The blue colour helps you recognise and categorise different files in your archive system.

Practical use of the closure flap
The closure flap ensures that documents stay securely in the box, even when you tilt or move the box. You receive the box fully assembled, so you can use it straight away without having to fold or glue it yourself. This makes it a practical choice for busy office environments where efficiency matters.
