When do you use a corrugated cardboard document box?
A corrugated cardboard document box is used for storing and archiving documents in an organised way. This type of box is ideal when you are looking for a sturdy, durable solution for keeping important papers, contracts or project files. The corrugated cardboard offers more protection than ordinary folders and keeps your documents neatly together.

Why choose this 340×90×255 mm format?
With dimensions of 340×90×255 mm, this box fits A4 documents perfectly, with extra room at the sides. The depth of 90 mm means you can store a sizeable stack of documents without the box becoming overfull. This format is practical for both everyday use and long-term archiving.

The advantage of the dark green colour
The dark green colour gives this box a professional look that suits office environments well. Green also shows dirt less readily than light colours, which is handy with regular use. The colour can also help you organise different categories of documents by applying a colour-coding system.

Ready to use, supplied with a handy closure flap
This Oxford document box is supplied fully assembled, so you can use it straight away without having to put it together yourself first. The closure flap ensures your documents stay securely enclosed and cannot fall out during transport or storage. This makes the box suitable for both stationary storage and taking documents with you.
