When do you need a 7-compartment sorting folder?
A sorting folder is ideal when you want to keep different documents separate without using loose folders. With 7 compartments, you can neatly separate projects, invoices, correspondence and other categories, for example. This format is perfect for home workers, students or small offices that want well-organised document storage without taking up a lot of space.

Why choose this 7-compartment format?
With 7 compartments, you have enough room for different categories without the folder becoming too thick. The compartments are numbered from 1 to 7 on the front, so you can see at a glance which compartment you need. This makes the system much more efficient than folders with more compartments, where you have to search longer for the right section.

Practical benefits of cardboard with elastic band
This folder is made of cardboard, which provides sturdiness without becoming too heavy. The elastic band keeps the folder closed during transport and prevents documents from falling out. The black index tab makes it easy to pick the folder out of a shelf or stack, even when you are in a hurry.

Check the dimensions for your workspace
At 245 x 320 mm, this folder fits in most desk drawers and bookcases. The thickness of 4 mm is the minimum when the folder is empty, but allows for expansion as you add more documents. Check that your storage space has enough room for the folder when it is full.
