What is a sorting folder and when do you need one?
A 12-compartment sorting folder helps you organise documents clearly and keep them separate. You need one when you want to sort different categories of paper without punching holes in them, such as contracts by month, project documents or administration by subject.

Why choose this 12-compartment format?
With 12 numbered compartments (1-12 printed on the front), you can organise documents by month or create other logical categories. This number of compartments offers enough capacity for most sorting needs without the folder becoming too thick to remain practical.

Sturdy cardboard construction with practical details
This PAGNA sorting folder is made of cardboard and fitted with an elastic corner band (hoekspanelastiek) that keeps the contents securely in place. The black index tab makes it easy to find the right compartment quickly and to grip the folder firmly.

Compact dimensions for standard office use
With dimensions of 245 x 320 mm, this folder fits standard A4 documents perfectly. The thickness of 5 mm means you can easily store the folder in a desk drawer or on a shelf. The blue colour also makes the folder easy to distinguish visually from other documents.
