When do you use a 12-pocket sorting folder?
A 12-pocket sorting folder is ideal when you want to keep various documents organised without punching holes in them. This product is perfect for sorting contracts, invoices, project documents or other important papers that you need regularly. The 12 separate compartments give you enough space to distinguish different categories.

Why choose this format?
With dimensions of 245 x 320 mm, this sorting folder offers space for standard A4 documents. The thickness of 5 mm means you can store enough papers per compartment without the folder becoming overfull. The cardboard gives the folder a professional look on your desk or in the cabinet.

Benefit of the elastic band and numbered tabs
The corner elastic keeps all documents safely in place, even when you move the folder. The black grip tabs with the organisation print 1-12 on the front make it easy to quickly find the right compartment. You no longer need to flip through all the compartments to find the document you want.

Practical storage tip
Store the sorting folder upright in a drawer unit or on a bookshelf, so you can easily reach the tabs. The elastic keeps the documents neatly organised, even if you have to lay the folder flat during transport. Note on the front which document categories you use for each number for even quicker access.
