When do you need hog hair brushes?
Hog hair brushes are ideal for working with oil paint and acrylic paint when you want firm, controllable brushstrokes. The natural hog bristles have a coarse texture that is perfect for blending colours on the canvas and creating texture in your painting. You choose this brush set when you want to combine different line widths and details in one project.

Why this size combination?
This set contains three brushes in sizes 8, 10 and 12, giving you a versatile foundation for most painting projects. Size 8 lets you create finer details and lines, size 10 is perfect for medium-sized areas and accents, while size 12 is suitable for filling larger surfaces and broad brushstrokes.

Durable construction with aluminium ferrule
The aluminium ferrule ensures the bristles are held firmly to the natural wooden handle. This combination of materials withstands intensive use during painting well and prevents the bristles from coming loose during your work. The natural wooden handle sits comfortably in your hand and gives you good control over your brushwork.

Practical storage on blister packaging
The brushes are supplied on a blister card, which is handy for storage and transport. Always keep the brushes clean and dry after use, with the tip facing up, to extend the lifespan of the hog bristles. Rinse them thoroughly with the appropriate solvents after each use.
